Then on Sunday I found a corner shop in Hackney stocking Mountain Dew (50p) I thought this stuff was banned in the UK?

    from wikipedia : “Mountain Dew was originally released in the UK in 1996, then removed in 1998 due to low sales. It is still available in the UK through certain specialist outlets. Mountain Dew is to be relaunched in the UK, May 2010. It’s believed that the new drink will be marketed as an energy drink, in the same line as Red Bull.”
